PWSGROUP · ABOUT US

From people and principlesto visual identity.

This page brings together PWSGROUP’s management philosophy, Founder and CEO Jimin Park’s message and current professional profile, and the brand identity. It presents the principles that guide how we understand industries and markets, the person leading those principles, and the visual language that communicates them consistently.

A LINEAGE OF LEARNING

Understanding the world beyond us has always expanded the possibilities within us.

Korean scholars who sought knowledge abroad did not travel to imitate another country. They returned to adapt what they learned to Korea’s own needs.

OUR MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY · 知中 · GO GLOBAL

Turn the distance in informationinto proximity for growth.

Learning is not dependence; it expands our choices. We seek to understand Korea and China more accurately, connect their strengths and create new routes for companies in both countries to go global.

01

Facts before slogans

We begin with field evidence, data, and the real capabilities of companies and technologies.

02

Korean competitiveness as our compass

Understanding China should expand the choices and execution capacity of Korean companies.

03

Mutual respect and mutual benefit

We design shared growth across technology, markets and capital—not one-way market entry.

04

Connection completed through execution

Columns, events and field research must lead trusted people, companies and projects to one another.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Why we seek to understand China—and go global

The scale and speed of China’s universities, research ecosystem, unicorns, specialized SMEs, AI and robotics industries have become material variables in the global industrial order. We study them not to follow China, but because Korea gains more choices when it understands the structure of competition and the real scope for cooperation. We will resist exaggeration, easy optimism and undifferentiated suspicion alike, beginning with field evidence and verifiable sources.

Korea’s direction should be GO GLOBAL. That means moving beyond a model that treats China only as a sales market: working, where appropriate, with specialized SMEs and Little Giants whose technology and business capabilities can be verified; understanding Chinese supply chains and markets accurately and linking with them strategically; and opening third-country customers and channels together. Open innovation linking Chinese unicorns or listed companies with Korean technology firms matters only when it advances into joint development, validation, procurement or investment.

In an era where decoupling and de-risking intersect, technology and security that require protection must be protected clearly, while areas suitable for cooperation remain open under law and transparent standards. Balance is not vague neutrality. It is the accountable choice of what to protect, where to cooperate and under what conditions partners can enter global markets together.

Physical AI competitiveness is not completed by a single model or finished product. Sensors, components, robots, manufacturing, data, testbeds and capital must work as one system. PWSGROUP will carefully identify Chinese SMEs whose technical, managerial and compliance information can be verified and explore investment and cooperation with Korean companies. Before connecting an investment to a regional industrial ecosystem, we will make it a principle to confirm compliance with Korean law, technology-protection, reciprocity, local-employment, environmental and labor standards. We hope such cooperation can make a practical, modest contribution to stronger regional industry in Korea.

A substantial information gap remains between Korea’s central and local governments, large and mid-sized companies, SMEs and ventures, universities and research institutes, financial institutions and associations—and Chinese companies, cities and investors. Both sides often find it difficult to understand the other’s technology, institutions and industrial field fully. Through research and columns, forums and company visits, we will steadily reduce that two-way information asymmetry and help reliable information become trusted relationships and executable business.

As AI accelerates discovery, the final judgement remains with people and organizations. What ultimately matters is enabling the Right Person and the Right Company to recognize one another accurately, meet at the right time and build a structure for shared growth. We cannot claim that every connection will produce an outcome. We can, however, verify facts first, distinguish promises from execution and work to carry viable cooperation through to results. That is the value PWSGROUP seeks to create and the principle we intend to keep.
